Company: Xyneom Department: Manufacturing Location: [Plant Location] Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to prevent bottlenecks Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards Lead and manage production teams, including shift planning and performance monitoring Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies Prepare production reports, KPI tracking, and operational documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of production planning and workflow management Knowledge of quality control systems and safety standards Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Production output vs. target Defect rate / Quality performance Downtime reduction On-time production completion Workplace safety compliance
