Location: [Warehouse Location] Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: [Specify Industry – e.g., Logistics / Trading / Manufacturing] Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems to ensure efficient space utilization Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments in accordance with delivery schedules Ensure proper documentation of stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety compliance Identify discrepancies and report inventory variances promptly Support periodic audits and stock verification processes Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of handling warehouse activities when required Preferred Competencies Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse compliance practices Experience in stock forecasting and inventory optimization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory reporting tools Strong coordination and communication skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory accuracy rate Order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness Stock discrepancy rate Warehouse organization and compliance standards
