Auber Tech – Site Engineer (Demo)

We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer (Auber Tech) to act on behalf of the appointed Site Engineer in managing on-site technical supervision, coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong site execution oversight, contractor coordination, and adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. The Proxy Site Engineer will ensure project activities are delivered according to approved drawings, method statements, and timelines while maintaining quality and safety benchmarks. Location: Sindria Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Construction / Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities Represent the Site Engineer in daily site operations and technical supervision Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on-site Monitor progress against project schedules and report deviations Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards Review and verify material submittals and work method statements Assist in resolving technical issues and site conflicts Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Maintain proper site documentation and records Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Valid professional engineering license (if required by jurisdiction) Minimum [X] years of site engineering experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs Proficiency in project documentation and reporting Strong leadership and coordination skills Good problem-solving and decision-making ability Preferred Skills Experience working on infrastructure / building / industrial projects Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory compliance Knowledge of project management tools Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional development opportunities Exposure to large-scale engineering projects Collaborative and professional work environment
